"I have been consistently exercising 4-5 times per week for several years. I used to run and do HIIT style workouts. When my knees started bothering me I switched to yoga, Pilates, and some bootcamp style classes. I am feeling more motivated to increase strength training and cardio. Ginny's coaching has made me realize that I can jog again without injury. I am feeling more energetic and I am ready to work on my nutrition to match my improved workout routine. "I would walk daily and do cardio. I’ve never trained with weights before. Training with Ginny has helped tremendously. I have several modifications due to multiple surgeries. Ginny is working with all my modifications and breaking up scar tissue. I am no longer intimidated by weights. I feel confident with my form and can’t wait to see changes in my body. "I was already fairly active before starting to train with Ginny. I did yoga Pilates and Boot Camp several times a week. Her coaching has shown me but sometimes even the smallest movements are the most beneficial. A few changes I’ve noticed are my mindset wanting to get out work out be outside even if it’s just to go for a walk. I feel more motivated than I have in quite a while. Ginny enjoys working with women that are in the 40 and older age range. I believe we are a different demographic and we don’t always need what cookie cutter gyms offer. Before working with Ginny, my fitness routine was flat, unmotivated, no results and nonexistent. Her coaching has been a huge part of finding my motivation and desire to do better.
